StackZeta

Company

A US engineering company built around accountability.

StackZeta operates from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Senior engineers work directly with client leadership, take responsibility for technical decisions and stay accountable after launch.

Leadership

Senior engineers own the work end to end.

Engagements are led by our CEO/CTO, Caíque Bonfim, with direct access to the people writing the code. No account-manager buffer between the decision and the implementation.

Outcomes over headcount

Software delivery should be measured by results, not engineering capacity. We commit to the outcome and staff the work accordingly.

Architecture before code

The expensive mistakes are structural. We resolve boundaries, data ownership and failure behaviour before implementation begins.

Written down, not remembered

Decisions, runbooks and interfaces are documented. Your team can operate the system without depending on a single person's memory.

Privacy as a default

We collect the minimum, encrypt by default and design access around least privilege, including in AI systems.

Honest scope

If a request will not survive production, we say so before the contract, not after the invoice.

Partnership horizon

We plan for the third year of a system, not the launch announcement. Support and evolution are part of the engagement.

Engineering practice

An established practice, not an experiment.

Decisions are documented, delivery is reviewable and accountability is contractual. Clients always know who owns the work, where the code lives and who to call when something changes.

Version-controlled delivery

Every change lands through reviewed version control with traceable history. Releases are documented and reversible, with full visibility into what shipped and why.

Secure SDLC

Threat modelling, peer review, dependency scanning and staged environments are part of delivery from the first sprint, not a pre-launch audit.

Privacy-first engineering

Data minimisation, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access — applied to application data and AI retrieval alike.

Long-term support

Documented handover, runbooks, monitored releases and maintenance agreements that keep the platform supported years after go-live.

Talk to the people who will build it.

Tell us what the system has to achieve. We will tell you honestly what it takes, what it involves and how we would build it.

A senior engineer reviews the request and walks through constraints and integration surface with you.

  3. 03

    Scoped engagement

A written architecture direction, delivery phases and support path before any contract is signed.
